What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. All checks and money orders should be made payable to BabyDogStyle. Send to: BabyDogStyle, Attention: Order Department, 7050 Milton Avenue, Alanson, MI 49706-9506 along with a copy of your order. If you choose to pay for your merchandise with a personal check, please first read through our Check & Money Order Policy. For your safety, please do not send cash. We only accept US currency. Credit Cards are charged when your order is placed. Checks and Money Orders must be received within 7 business days. Do you charge sales tax? TOP
Sales tax is collected from all Michigan residence purchasing items from our store. Any purchase with a billing and/or ship to address in Michigan will be charged the current sales tax rate: 6.0%. Sales tax will not be collected for any out of state purchases. How do I redeem my store credit? TOP
Store credit will be in the form of a voucher code. You may enter this code upon check out in the box provided. Store credits are valid one year from the original date of purchase. Upon issuing store credit to your account, we will send you a merchandise credit voucher for your records. Please save this voucher for your records as BabyDogStyle cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or expired credit vouchers. Do you have gift certificates available? TOP
Gift Certificates are available throw our on-line store in a variety of amounts and can be used toward the purchase of any items in our store. Gift certificates are non-returnable, non-transferable, and can not be redeemed for cash. Any balance due that exceeds the gift certificates amount will need to be paid with a credit card to complete the transaction. Any unused portion of a gift certificate will be held in your account as a credit toward your next purchase. Gift certificates are valid one year from the date of purchase. You will have the option to have a paper gift certificate mailed to you or an email containing a printable gift certificate may be sent to you. If you would like a gift certificate sent directly to the recipient, please include their name and full address in the shipping information when you check out.
How do I enter my voucher or gift certificate code? TOP
Upon checkout you can enter your voucher, coupon or gift certificate code in the box provided and click update to reflect your discount. You may then proceed with your order. What are your return and exchange policies? TOP
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BabyDogStyle, you may exchange an item or return an item for a store credit. Some restrictions do apply. After the Return Authorization Form is completely filled out, please follow these simple steps to attach the form to an email.

Click on "File" on top left of page.

Select "Save As" from drop down box.

Click "Save" in pop-up window. Note what folder you saved the file in.

Return to our Policy Page and click on "Customer Service" link. This will open a new message.

Under the subject title, enter: Return Auth Form/Your Name/Your Order Number.

Click on "Attach" button at top of page. This will open a file browser window.

Find the saved Return Auth. Form from the folder you saved it in.

Click on "Attach" after the file is selected.

You may also include any questions you may have in the email.

If you have any problems with attaching the form to an email, please contact us and our Customer Service Department will send you a copy of the form which you can fill out and send back to us.
Do you offer express shipping? TOP
Yes, please contact our Customer Service Department with the list of items you would like to have express shipped to check for availability and pricing. Some items are made-to-order or special orders, which are not eligible for express shipping. We use USPS Express Mail which is usually received within 24 hours within the contiguous 48 states within the United States. All express orders are calculated based on the total weight and size of the package(s). Do you ship internationally? TOP
At this time our web-store will only calculate shipping for the 48 contiguous states within the United States. Some items within our web-store can be shipped internationally but require approval before merchandise can be ordered or shipped. Items, such as, Perishable Pet Treats, Dog Nail Polish, and most of our Designer Pet Beds can not be shipped outside the United States.
Please contact us with merchandise you would like to have shipped internationally and you will be contacted within 24 hours with approval information and shipping prices. Most international merchandise is shipped Airmail Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail. What are your shipping fees? TOP
Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout. If your package will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico you will incur additional shipping charges based on the package size and weight. Please contact our Customer Service Department for orders to be delivered outside the 48 contiguous states.

How can I track my package(s)? TOP
When your package has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the corresponding shipping company that was used. You may use this tracking number to reference your shipping status and estimated delivery time at USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Please refer to our Shipping Policies for more information. What should I do if my package was delivered damaged or defective? TOP
If your shipment was delivered damaged or any item is defective, please notify us right away. We require you to contact us about the problem within 24 hours of receiving your package and BabyDogStyle will gladly take care of the problem. Unfortunately, after the twenty-four hour time period we are not able to accept your damaged or defective merchandise for a return or exchange. What is considered a special order? TOP
A special order is any item that has been altered in size, design, or color from what is normally available in our web-store. This would also include personalization, such as, monogramming a pets name or initial(s) on something. Special orders usually incur additional time and money to make for you, so please keep these in mind when requesting special order items. I don't see my pet's size listed, are more sizes available? If your pet's size is not listed in our web-store, please contact us. BabyDogStyle lists the most commonly requested sizes. Most of the apparel in-stock is for pets under 15 pounds, this allows us to offer a larger range of styles and colors. However, many of our designs are available in larger sizes. We are happy to accommodate your pet's needs where we can. Please keep in mind that extra charges and shipping time may vary for special orders. Take special care in measuring your pet before placing an order because we can not accept returns on special size orders. How do I determine the correct size for my pet? TOP
To help you determine the correct size for your pet, please refer to the size chart listed within each of our products.
Each of our designers make apparel to different dimensions, so please place close attention to the correct size charts, which will be noted with each product. If you need help with your size selection, please contact us. Is placing an order on-line secure? TOP
Yes, you can place orders with the confidence that all your personal information will remain safe and secure. All your information will be protected by a SSL(Secure Socket Layering) system. The system is tested daily to ensure your personal protection. For more information about your security please refer to our Privacy Protection Policy. Can I place an order by phone, fax, or mail? TOP
It is highly recommended to place all orders through our secure web-store. When faxed or mailed orders are placed it is difficult to guarantee product availability and your personal information is not able to be handled as securely as a web-store order.
Phone orders can be placed but require payment in full with a credit card at time of order.

Some items in our store can be gift wrapped. Please read product description to determine if an item is available for gift wrapping. If an item is available for gift wrapping you will have the option to select it from the drop down menu. BabyDogStyle uses our classic pink & black theme for all gift wrapping. If you would like us to send your gift directly to the recipient, please include their name and address in the shipping information when placing your order. A personalized message may be included at no extra charge.
Do you sell products wholesale for the trades? TOP
Sorry, but at this time we do not offer a wholesale program. What if I have a question about my order? TOP
Upon submitting an order with BabyDogStyle you will receive a confirmation containing your order number via email. Please retain this order number for reference when contacting us with questions regarding your order. This will help our Customer Service Department to better assist you.
We may view your Order Status right from our home page as well. It is fast and easy, all you will need is your email address and your ordder number. Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed? TOP
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and full name in your emailed request. If an order has been processed to the point of shipping, a cancellation or order change will not be permitted. Custom orders can not be canceled or changed once production of the item(s) have started. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I won't be able to sign for my package, what can I do? TOP
If you are not able to make arrangements to sign for your package please contact us or add a note to the "Special Requests" box at checkout. In this instance we will ship your merchandise without a signature requirement. However, BabyDogStyle will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if shipped and delivered without a signature. What is your policy on refused or undeliverable packages? TOP
I don't want to type in my name and address with every order, what can I do? TOP
At time of checkout, there is a box entitled, "Please Remember Me". If you check this box, your name and address information will be saved as a cookie in your computer. Any time you revisit our website and place an order, your information will be entered into the address fields for you. It is a wonderful time saver!
You may also edit your information at any time by typing in any changes that are needed and rechecking the Remember Me box. Can I use images and/or descriptions from your store? TOP
