Palm Trees- Cat Safe Collars   Cat Collars feature Delrin Acetal (strong polymer)  side release break-away buckles for safety and solid nickel-plated “D” rings. This collar is adjustable from 7 to 10". Note: The ribbon pattern may vary slightly from pictured due to the narrow width of the ribbon.   All Preston pet products are made with durable nylon webbing. Collars and harnesses feature Delrin Acetal (strong polymer) side release buckles for ease of fastening/separating and solid nickel plated “D” rings for strength.  The collars and harnesses are easily adjusted to fit and are available in many sizes. All Preston Leads use nickel plated swivel snaps.
