Rhinestone Jewelry 
All slide charms and pendants have hand glued rhinestones. We do our best to make sure the quality of each and every piece of rhinestone jewelry is of the best quality but at times a stone may not be fitted or glued properly. Please inspect all your rhinestone jewelry upon receipt. If there is any missing stones or defects, please notify us immediately of receipt of your products.
Product Defect
We back our rhinestone products 100%. If upon inspection you find any defects, please contact us within 48 hours and we will send you out a replacement with a return label for the defective item.

Rhinestone Jewelry Policy 
Any and all defect claims on rhinestone jewelry must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt of your products for claim to be accepted. You will receive a (RMA#) Return Authorization Number which will need to be included along with a copy of your invoice with all defective merchandise. If defective merchandise is not returned to us within ten business days, then customer will be billed for the defective product along with the replacement product.
Rhinestone Jewelry Care
Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone jewelry or collars. Rhinestones could pop out if owners allow rough play while wearing, and as such, this is the customers responsibility. No returns or exchange will be accepted under these circumstances.
Silver Care 
As with silver, sometimes it may tarnish. Please use a silver tarnish remover to restore the silver luster! Take great care when using tarnish removers around glued in rhinestones, as it may loosen the glue.
