If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to give you a merchandise exchange or store credit. Note: For returns to be accepted, all items must be in new condition and in their original packaging (other exceptions may apply-read below). Please follow the steps listed below to process your return or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department.

After the form is completely filled out, attach a copy of the completed form to our customer service department via email. Title the email: Return Auth/Your Name/Your Order Number. We recommend saving a copy for your records. You will receive a Return Authorization number within 24 hours. (please allow for added time during holidays and weekends)

Ship the completed Return & Exchange Form along with the merchandise, all packing materials and your original packing receipt.

Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us to ensure proper processing. Any box shipped back without the Return Authorization number will not be processed.

When shipping any item back to BabyDogStyle we recommend shipping via USPS/Priority Mail with insurance & delivery confirmation or Fed Ex/UPS which both include insurance and tracking capability. BabyDogStyle can not be held responsible for any package that is lost or damaged while shipping. No COD are excepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All return and exchange shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Any item(s) that are shipped back to BabyDogStyle without meeting all return & exchange terms, including but not limited to, requesting a Return & Exchange Authorization number will not be excepted. All items must to returned to BabyDogStyle within 14 days of purchaser's original receipt date.
A minimum $6.95 shipping fee will apply to all exchange items (a 25% restocking fee may also apply with some items) and will need to be paid in full before your new item will be shipped to you. Additional fees may apply based on the value of item to be exchanged. Please see our Domestic Shipping Chart for correct shipping quote.
There are specific items within our store that can not be returned or exchanged. Product descriptions will state if an item is non-return or exchangeable. The list of items below is a general list of non-return or exchangeable items:
We allow one exchange per item. Any exchange item will be subject to a minimum $6.95 shipping fee and at times a minimum 25% restocking fee.
In the case of a return item, after the item(s) are received by BabyDogStyle and have been determined to be in "New Condition" with all tags still attached, you will receive an email with your return approval voucher credit number. This credit can be used toward the purchase of any item in our store and is valid one year from the original item's purchase date. Please treat this Credit Number like cash. BabyDogStyle cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or expired credit numbers. If you have any questions concerning our return or exchange policy, please contact us.
BabyDogStyle determines shipping fees according to the total cost of your order and will be calculated upon checkout. Our preferred shipping methods are USPS-Priority Mail and UPS-Ground Shipping and require signature confirmation. If you are not able to make arrangements to sign for your package please contact us or add a note to the "Special Requests" box at checkout. In this instance we will ship your merchandise without a signature requirement. However, BabyDogStyle will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if shipped and delivered without a signature.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of your completed order. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and the shipping methods may vary. All shipping rates are for the contiguous 48 states and are subject to change at any time. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico there will be an additional shipping fee based on the total weight of your package(s). Please contact us for a shipping quote. For all international orders, please contact us for product availability and pricing, before you purchase from our store. If an order is approved for international shipping, BabyDogStyle cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Many of the items within our store can be shipped internationally to the United Kingdom and Canada. We do not ship to any other international countries at this time. Some restrictions will apply, example: perishable items such as our gourmet cookies can not be shipped out of the United States. USPS Priority Mail will be used for international shipments. Please contact us for a shipping quote and include within your email request: items you wish to purchase (including size and color selection, if applicable) and the complete "Ship To" address. We will do our best to contact you within 24 hours with product availability and a shipping quote.
For International shipments, please understand that it may take added time for you to receive your package(s). Due to the added travel time that your package will endure, we require all international packages to be shipped with insurance. Any shipping quotes we offer you will include the insurance fee. Any ship quote offered will be valid for 14 days from issue.
Very important note: BabyDogStyle is not responsible for lost packages overseas. If we ship a package to a country outside of the U.S. and it is stolen or lost in transit, we are not liable to replace or refund. International buyers ship at your sole discretion.

*Please note: Our international shipping chart is an estimate only. Our web store will not calculate international shipping totals at check out. Please contact us before checking out, so we can give you the total invoice amount including the correct shipping for your address. The total weight of your complete order will be calculated by a member of our shipping department at time of shipment and you will be charged the correct shipping fee at that time.
Weights are not noted with individual item lists but on average: toys, apparel, collars and jewelry are within a pound. Treats, pet feeding dishes, size large to extra large apparel and large blankets are within two pounds. Shampoos and grooming gift sets are within two to three pounds. Plush pet beds, Drinkwell fountains and larger orders containing multi items may be within three to five pounds. Wooden furniture in most cases weights over five pounds.
Once your payment is confirmed and your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the method of shipping used and a tracking number for your package(s). Orders containing multiple items, may receive their merchandise in more than one box, on different dates. Due to this, you may receive more than one tracking number. You may view the status and scheduled delivery time of your package with your tracking number by visiting: USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
If your shipment was delivered damaged or any item is defective, please notify us right away. We require you to contact us about the problem within 24 hours of receiving your package and BabyDogStyle will gladly take care of the problem. Unfortunately, after the twenty-four hour time period we are not able to accept your damaged or defective merchandise for a return or exchange.
Depending on the destination of the order, once the merchandise has been shipped, please allow 3-12 business days for your package to arrive. Special orders and international orders can vary greatly based on availability and the package's final destination. After an order is placed you will receive an email with expected delivery times.
During the Holiday Season it is important to allow enough time for orders to be manufactured and shipped. Please refer to chart below for In-Stock products. If you require an item to be received before Christmas, please contact us to check availability. Some items within our web store are shipped directly from our designers and/or are made to order, that being said, they would not be available for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Made-To-Order Items
Some of our merchandise is made-to-order, therefore it may add additional time, up to 14 more days, before your item(s) will arrive. Made-to-order merchandise will have an expected manufacturing time listed in their descriptions.
Occasionally an item will be out of stock. In this case you will be notified by BabyDogStyle of the new estimated delivery date and an option to wait for the item. Any back-ordered merchandise will be shipped as soon as available.
If you need an item in a hurry, we can offer you express shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote and product availability.
Undeliverable packages due to your unavailability to accept the package or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser will incur an additional shipping charge for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not responsible for customer errors. If any package cannot be reshipped, a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance of the merchandise, after all shipping and handling fees are calculated. The store credit will be issued to you via email in the form of a voucher number. Your store credit will be valid one year from the issue date. All refused packages are subject to a 35% restocking fee. A store credit will be issued for the balance, which is valid for one year. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E'checks. All payments are processed through Paypal to ensure the highest level of security and quick processing. You are not required to have a Paypal account to complete your transaction. Money Order and Checks
If you would prefer to pay for your purchase with a Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check, we would be happy to accept these payment methods with a few restrictions. Simply add your items to the shopping cart and at checkout select the Money Order/Check option. Print a copy of your order and send it along with your payment to: BabyDogStyle, Attn: Order Department, 7050 Milton Avenue, Alanson MI 49706-9506. Please inform us via email of your chosen payment method and expected delivery time, so we may keep your merchandise available. Money Orders and Checks must be received within 7 business days of your purchase date. If your payment is not received within 7 days, BabyDogStyle reserves the right to cancel the order with no prior notification and merchandise will be returned to our web-store. Orders paid for with Money Orders or Checks will not be shipped until the funds have cleared, usually 7 to 10 business days.
Returns Check Fee
Any check returned to us with "Insufficient Funds" will incur a $25 return check fee. Customers will then be contacted by our Payment Processing Center and will be asked to pay for their purchase in full, including the return check fee, with a credit card before the order will be shipped.
BabyDogStyle is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not distribute or sell your name or personal information to any third party without your expresses permission. The personal information we collect is used solely to process your order, contact you regarding your order and to provide you with a customized shopping experience. BabyDogStyle does not store any credit card data on file. You will be asked to enter your information upon each purchase, this is for your protection.
BabyDogStyle may collect non personal information such as your traffic patterns, page views, most visited pages, and searched items to assist us in improving our site. All information you provide to us will be held in confidence. Please remember that email is not secure, so do not send any credit card information via email.
Should you purchase an item that requires direct shipment from the designer/manufacturer, we will share only the necessary information to complete the transaction. Any third party manufacturer may only use your information to preform their job and use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. Uses include processing orders, delivering packages, and providing customer service.
To maintain the confidentiality and security in the transmission of your information we use Papal, a trusted name is security. BabyDogStyle does not share or sell your email address. We use your email address to send you shipping and tracking information about your purchase, notify you of up coming sales or discounts you may be eligible for, and to keep you up-to-date with any policy changes BabyDogStyle may have. Any Gift Certificates that are purchased or store credits that are received, require a valid email address, so we may send you instructions on how to redeem your credit. BabyDogStyle can not be held responsible for any loss of funds or delayed shipping times due to customers providing invalid email addresses.
